David has been a huge help for me and my roommates multiple times this weekend. Unfortunately the unit above ours flooded and so it leaked down into our unit. David and his team showed up within 30 min to help clean and set up fans and dehumidifiers to get rid of the water damage. The next day our A/C broke and David showed up at 1am to provide portable A/C units to cool down our rooms. His communication and willingness to help is unmatched. Avoid This Company – Overpriced and No Real Work Done! I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a complete ripoff! They charged an outrageous amount for "mitigation services" but did little to nothing to actually resolve the issue. Instead of providing real solutions, they ran up the bill with unnecessary charges and minimal effort. When questioned about the costs, their responses were vague, and they refused to justify the inflated pricing. On top of that, their customer service is terrible—unresponsive, unhelpful, and only interested in getting paid. I regret ever hiring them and would strongly advise anyone looking for mitigation services to go elsewhere. Don't waste your money on a company that overcharges and underdelivers!

During our option period on a new house, we had Ryan and Buck come to a property to check for hidden water damage (through detecting mold growth). We were very happy with their inspection, but it wasn’t until we had purchased the home and moved in that we were able to confirm that Buck had indeed identified hard-to-find water damage. One was a tiny leak on a plumbing vent stack that brought water deep into the interior of the house, near a bathroom light fixture. The other was a hard to spot missing section of fascia board causing rain to leak into an exterior wall. The regular human home inspection identified the missing fascia board, but not the damage from the leak and completely missed the leak into the bathroom light fixture. We will now investigate every area Buck indicated that there is hidden mold growth. I’ve already passed along Mold Dog Knows to multiple friends and family looking for answers to chronic health issues. In my opinion the mold dog inspection is crucial to purchasing new property, in conjunction with an ERMI and or air sample to get hard data before closing.

Xia, the dog who did our exam is so great. She really goes to work finding the mold areas. It gave us a great start to remediation. The whole process was well worth the money we spent.
